Data Dimensions is hiring full-time General Clerks to work onsite at our office in Janesville, WI supporting the IRS. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documents for scanning. If you are at least 18 years of age, can read, speak, and write fluently in English, are a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident for a least 3 years and can successfully pass and maintain background check, credit check and security clearances, than we are interested in you.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to read, write and speak English
- U.S. citizen or permanent U.S resident for at least 3 years
- Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background check, credit check and security clearances
- No delinquent federal debts (student loans, back taxes, other federal loans, etc.)
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Available to start on 12/9/24
- Willing to commute to Janesville, WI to work in-office
Orientation: Remote, Monday, December 9, 2024, from 9 am - 2 pm
Training: On-site, December 10 - 13, 2024 from 8 am - 2 pm
Regular work schedule: On-site, 8 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required on Saturdays and/or throughout the week. Please note that holidays often fall upon Mondays. When this occurs, Tuesdays are heavier in workload.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing documents for scanning which may include the following:
- Reviewing documents for presence of certain information
- Code Doc ID and Received Date as needed
- Fix and repair small rips or tears with tape, remove staples, paperclips, etc.
- Utilizing sort sheets as directed
- Make copies as needed
- Reference work instructions as needed
- Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
