About Us:

United Trades of America is seeking an experienced General Contractor Project Manager to join our team in Greenwood, Indiana.

Responsibilities:

As the General Contractor Project Manager, you will lead project planning, execution, and delivery. Key duties include team coordination, budget management, client collaboration, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.

- Proven Project Manager experience in general contracting.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

- Strong relationship management of sub-contractors

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office.
