What We Offer:
Impressive Earnings Potential: The previous provider generated $1.2 million annually while working Monday through Friday—no weekends required!
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy seeing an average of 15-20 patients per day in a single-provider setting.
- Comprehensive Care Opportunities: We’re looking for a dentist who can perform a mix of services beyond standard care, including endodontics, simple and surgical extractions, and implant restorations. A willingness to learn implant placement is a plus!
- Attractive Compensation Package:
- $40,000 Signing Bonus
- Guaranteed $1,000 per day indefinitely
- Competitive commission starting at 30%
- Potential for partnership/ownership
Location: Visalia is conveniently located just a 40–45 minute drive from Fresno, offering a charming community atmosphere with plenty of local amenities.
Schedule (days/hours):M-F 8-5Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
- Lead your team, dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, attend seminars, and pursue ongoing education to provide the latest and best treatments.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
