Key Responsibilities
- Repairs: Address electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues in various settings.
- Maintenance: Ensure mechanical systems operate smoothly and perform necessary repairs.
- Cleaning: Oversee general cleaning and upkeep of properties.
- Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
- Renovation: Repair and paint structural elements like doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
- Waste Management: Manage trash and recycling receptacles throughout facilities.
- HVAC Services: Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems.
- Tools & Transport: Provide your own tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Math Skills: Utilize basic math skills to complete tasks.
- Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Stay organized and effectively address challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Uphold high standards in all work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be considered).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Flexible availability is crucial.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage.
