Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and talented General Handyman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional support they expect and deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Repairs: Tackle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues across various properties.
• Maintenance: Ensure mechanical systems function optimally through regular inspections and necessary repairs.
• Cleaning: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all managed properties.
• Installation: Execute installations and replacements of flooring, stairs, and piping as required.
• Renovation: Carry out repairs and painting on structural elements such as doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Waste Management: Supervise the maintenance of trash and recycling receptacles throughout facilities.
• HVAC Services: Provide service and repairs for heating and air conditioning systems.
• Tools & Transport: Bring your own tools and ensure reliable transportation to job sites.
• Math Skills: Apply basic math skills to assist in various tasks.
• Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients and team members through effective communication.
• Problem-Solving: Maintain organization and effectively address challenges as they arise.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure meticulous standards in all work completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, although relevant experience will be considered.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is essential.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexibility in availability is critical.
• Mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
• A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
