Your Key Responsibilities
- Repairs: Tackle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues across diverse settings.
- Maintenance: Ensure mechanical systems operate smoothly while performing necessary repairs.
- Cleaning: Manage the general cleaning and upkeep of properties.
- Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
- Renovation: Repair and paint structural elements like doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
- Waste Management: Oversee trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facilities.
- HVAC Services: Service and repair heating and cooling systems.
- Tools & Transport: Bring your own tools and ensure reliable transportation to job sites.
- Math Skills: Use basic math skills to complete tasks effectively.
- Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Stay organized and adeptly address challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in all your work.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience considered).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Flexible availability is crucial.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- A contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
