Key Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure mechanical systems operate efficiently and perform necessary maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of properties through general cleaning.
• Install and replace flooring, stairs, and plumbing fixtures as required.
• Execute renovation tasks, including repairing and painting structural elements.
• Oversee waste management, ensuring proper disposal and recycling.
• Provide HVAC maintenance and repair services.
• Bring personal tools and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and team members through effective communication.
• Stay organized and address challenges in a timely manner.
• Maintain a keen attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Flexible availability is necessary.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage.
