About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled General Handyman to join our friendly and dedicated team. In this position, you will be essential in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the care and attention they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Repairs: Address electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Maintenance: Ensure efficient operation of mechanical systems.
- Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization of properties.
- Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
- Renovation: Repair and paint structural elements like doors and walls.
- Waste Management: Oversee trash and recycling receptacles.
- HVAC Services: Service and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
- Tools & Transport: Bring your own tools and ensure reliable transportation.
- Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Organize and effectively tackle challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in all tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience considered).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools required.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Flexible availability is important.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
