Your Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and skilled General Handyman to join our friendly team. In this position, you’ll provide high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the outstanding care they deserve.

What You’ll Do:

• Repairs: Handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs across various settings.
• Maintenance: Ensure mechanical systems run smoothly and perform necessary repairs.
• Cleaning: Carry out general cleaning and upkeep of properties.
• Installation: Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.
• Renovation: Repair and paint structural components like doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Waste Management: Maintain trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facilities.
• HVAC Services: Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems.
• Tools & Transport: Bring your own transportation and tools to job sites.
• Math Skills: Use basic math skills to complete tasks.
• Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Stay organized and effectively tackle challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards in all your work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexible availability is essential.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage.
