Title: Associate Sales Engineer Intern

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the General Manager and does not supervise others. May receive work direction from the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Job Objective: Responsible for assisting the Sales& Marketing manager with tactical account management of key clients. Also assists with marketing updates to enhance overall brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and understand their expectations. Recommend support, stock product purchase, or custom product development based on their needs and resources.
• Provide accurate information on order status to customers.
• Track orders and leverage your newly developed internal relationships to expedite when needed.
• Assist Sales and Marketing Manager with development of updated marketing information including website sales literature, case studies, and news articles.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Bachelor degree (or student pursuing Bachelor Degree) in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.
• A team player who understands the value of collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
