General Laborer (6am-4pm M-TH) - Inova Staffing

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Labor Associate to join our team in Kent, Ohio. In this role, you will be a key part of our assembly and maintenance team, performing a variety of tasks to ensure the highest quality of our trailers.Location: Kent, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift (6 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Thursday, plus OT)
Pay: Starting at $18/hr, paid weeklyKey Responsibilities:

• Fabrication: Moving aluminum sheets to machines, polishing edges.
• Material Preparation: Prepare and grind sheets for trailer assembly.
• Yard Work: Disassemble pallets and maintain general yard cleanliness and order.

Requirements:

• Experience with Tools: Proficiency in using powered hand tools including circular saws, band saws, air impact tools, air and electric drills, grinders, and wire crimpers.
• Measurement and Blueprint Reading: Ability to use a tape measure accurately and read blueprints.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable with lifting up to 50-55 lbs.
