GENERAL LABORER - Spherion

Now hiring for General Laborer. Spherion of Massachusetts currently has General Laborer opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer. Our General Laborer will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The General Laborer will support our customers to operate assigned machinery, equipment, or handle physical loading/unloading of materials safely and productively, following standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Operate machinery, equipment, and handle materials safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
Use equipment to fulfill work orders and manage material handling.
Ensure product quality through visual inspections.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Load/unload materials as needed.
Follow supervisor instructions and location rules.
Lift and handle up to 40 pounds safely.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Production/manufacturing experience
