**Job Description:**

United Trades of America is seeking motivated and reliable Construction General Laborers to join our team in Henderson, Texas. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks to ensure project completion and success.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with site preparation and clean-up
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction

**Additional Information:**
