Job Summary:
Job Title: General Laborer (Join ASAP)
Job Description
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work order, bills of materials, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions.
- Physically able to lift, push, pull up to 45 lbs. consistently through a 10-hr shift.
- Double-check connections to ensure they match and report issues to the Supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.
- Maintain and assume responsibility for equipment (hand tools, etc.) that are issued.
- Receive, unload and transfer materials to different workstations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Woodburn, Oregon.
Work Environment
The warehouse environment is typically in the construction phase and personal protective equipment (PPE) must always be used including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes. This means the work environment will include active construction contractors performing work (electricians, millwrights, concrete, plumbing, lighting, etc), porta potties until the bathrooms are operational, dust, debris, equipment being operated, limited entrances that they can enter, designated parking areas, limited lunchrooms and onsite storage, among others. Safety shoes with composite toe reinforcement above the ankle required.
