General Liability Attorney - Gpac

An AV-rated full-service law firm with offices throughout California is seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 6-7 years of solid defense litigation experience for their Orange County, CA location. The ideal candidate will have experience in Personal Injury Defense/General Liability and will be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of litigation cases
• Conduct legal research, drafting of motions, and discovery
• Attend depositions and court hearings
• Work independently and as a part of a team
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements:

• Member in good standing with the State Bar of California
• Minimum 6-7 years of solid defense litigation experience
• Experience with legal research, drafting of motions, and discovery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional computer ability
• Work well independently and as a part of a team
• Trial experience is a plus
• Deposition experience is required
