GENERAL LINE WORKER FOOD - Spherion

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking General Line Laborers to join our team in a dynamic food processing facility. The ideal candidate will possess work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Wonderful management in a newly renovated facility!

Perks & Benefits: 

• STARTING PAY: $18/HR
• 1ST SHIFT: 6AM-2:30PM
• BREAKS: Two 15min paid breaks, 1/2hr unpaid lunch.
• This is a 40hr/week position, but we're heading into peak season, so there will be mandatory OT (paid time and a half) of 50hrs/week thru Nov just in time to make more money before the holidays! In Dec hours will go back to 40/hrs/wk.

Responsibilities:

• Light production in a fast-paced food line.
• Peeling apples, pie, blending, and packaging.
• You will be assigned to a certain area in line but will be shifted to other areas in the line to maintain productive workflow as needed.
• Assisting in the production of food products in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Adhere to all safety standards and wear all required safety equipment.
• Operate and monitor production line equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, fillers, sealers, and packaging machinery.

Skills:

• Food Production experience, not required

Qualifications:

• Must be able to consistently arrive on time every day at 6AM.
• Must have good work history.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
