Adecco is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to join our Facilities team in Bloomingdale, GA. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in general maintenance or sanitation—perfect for a recent graduate or a parent needing a flexible schedule. The primary responsibility will be operating a floor scrubber and maintaining cleanliness within warehouse facilities. The position involves working in non-climate-controlled environments. Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: M- F, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Operate a floor scrubber and sweep floors to maintain cleanliness.
Adhere to a weekly/monthly cleaning schedule and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Maintain janitorial stations, storage areas, and supplies following 5S standards.
Inventory and replenish stock to ensure sufficient supplies and equipment.
Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies using manual methods or hand trucks.
Mix cleaning solutions according to provided specifications.
Perform duties in compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of recent work experience.
Previous maintenance or janitorial experience required.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Must present a professional appearance and be reliable.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods.
Ability to kneel, crouch, stoop, or crawl when needed.
Regularly lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
Work will take place in warehouse conditions (non-climate-controlled areas).
As part of the Facilities team, the technician ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
