Job: Generl Maintenance - 248 days - 8 hours a day

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• License  a plus
• Must have skills to do preventive maintenance
• Must be skilled to do multi-craft work in other areas
• Must be a self-starter and able to work without close supervision
• Must be a team player and able to follow written work orders
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds
• Must be able to work a flexible shift and after hours as needed
• Must be able to operate a forklift and other equipment
• Must have a clean driving record
• CDL License would be helpful
• Pre-employment drug screen required
• Subject to random sampling
• Must adhere to Arkansas Code C.A. 6-21-609
• Must pass a criminal background check
