About the Job
This is administrative and technical supervisory work directing a large group of employees engaged in the construction, repair, reconstruction, and maintenance of natural waterways, drainage easements, open ditches, dams, the flood control project, stream and rainfall network, and storm water pump stations. Work involves directing activities of employee supervisors, equipment operators, skilled and semiskilled laborers engaged in the maintenance of flood control structures, storm water pump stations, and drainage ways. The employee must exercise considerable independent judgment in directing the field operations. Work is directed and reviewed through the establishment of goals and subsequent evaluation of progress toward goal attainment.
The days and hours for this position: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
