We seek a skilled and reliable General Maintenance professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and clean-up tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. T

SHIFT: M-F 7-3:45 pm
NOT A FELONY FRIENDLY EMPLOYER.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO APPLY
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system checks.
- Perform residential painting and other interior and exterior painting tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues using hand tools.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with occupants.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience.
- Some Janitorial or Maintenance experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in residential painting and familiarity with electrical schematics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: From $14.50 per hour.

Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred).
- Janitorial: 1 year (Required).
- Commercial painting: 1 year (Preferred).
- Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred).
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required).
Ability to Commute:
- Pearland, TX 77581 (Required).
Ability to Relocate:
