Job Title: General Manager

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 Annually, with Quarterly Bonuses & Benefits

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant towards achieving exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The General Manager will be the cornerstone of our restaurant, driving sales, managing costs, analyzing business performance, and nurturing a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing Execution: Utilize outstanding operational practices and marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Financial Management: Take full responsibility for the restaurant's profit and loss, implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
• Business Analysis: Regularly analyze business performance to strategize improvements and identify growth opportunities.
• Team Development: Train and develop the management team, ensuring a pipeline of talent within the restaurant.
• Coaching & Evaluations: Provide continuous coaching, alongside conducting thorough employee evaluations to promote development.
• Recruitment & Leadership: Drive the recruitment process, leading by example to inspire a team committed to operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in restaurant management, demonstrating a track record of success.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach, capable of building and motivating teams.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively articulate ideas and feedback.
• Drive: A strong sense of drive and determination, with a clear focus on goals.
