We are looking for a dynamic and motivated General Manager 3 - Food to lead the charge of food operations supporting MEDCOM at Fort Irwin, CA located near Barstow, CA. The Ideal candidate will have a culinary background and operational management or general manager experience from healthcare food service environment with patient and retail operations experience. Hours of operation are 6 AM to 6.30 PM Seven Days a week . Retail operations are open for Breakfast & lunch M-F. This is a non-union account and will be working directly with the Client.
The successful candidate will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- manage patient and retail operations;
- become familiar with On line ordering and/or Army ordering process.
- develop strategic plans;
- Ensure compliance TB Med 530 , NSF, TJC
- create a positive environment; and/or
- ensure Sodexo standards are met.

- demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) j
