Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 for Fisk University located in Nashville, Tennessee. Fisk University is ranked #6 among historically black universities, and is the oldest institution of higher learning in Nashville, Tennessee. Fisk University is a 5 minute drive from downtown Nashville. The General Manager will be responsible for the daily oversight of the food service and culinary operations for resident dining, retail and catering. An experienced leader to drive operational excellence, cultivate employee engagement, and develop strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• deliver high quality food service;
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals; 
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• develop strategic plans;
• create a positive environment; and/or
