Are you ready to make an impact with Sodexo? We're seeking a General Manager 5 - Food for NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull, a 250-bed healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY, and part of the largest Sodexo healthcare system contracts nationwide.
About the Role: In this critical position, you'll play a hands-on role in promoting health through innovative plant-based menu offerings while overseeing daily food service operations. This position involves direct client interaction and team leadership for a workforce of around 40 union employees. As General Manager, you’ll ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for patients, staff, and visitors alike.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior General Manager experience in healthcare food service
- Proven employee engagement strategies and solid financial acumen
- Strong communication skills and team player mentality
