We want to hear from you! We’re a Burger King franchise and we are looking for customer service and results oriented Managers to join our team.
The Manager must be responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team in a Burger King restaurant to achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. The Manager ensures that each visit by a customer results in friendly and personalized service, with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. In addition, you will manage all aspects of the daily operations of a restaurant to maximize sales, profits and a positive customer experience.
Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, Barista, customer service, , or other part time restaurant job at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
* Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and
high morale.
* Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, sales reporting, and payroll.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
* Liaise with upper management or franchise owners, providing regular updates and reports.
* Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the fast food industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in business management and financial principles.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
* Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Customer service-oriented with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
* Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
