Restaurant General Manager / Chef

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager with a strong culinary background to lead operations in our authentic specialty Italian restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to not only manage, but also creatively contribute to our establishment by crafting specials and influencing menu changes.

Role Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure a superior dining experience for our guests
• Maintaining high standards of food, service, health, and safety
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth
• Crafting specials and influencing menu changes based on seasonality and the palate of our community

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a general manager role
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef is preferred
• Culinary school diploma or degree in restaurant management is a plus
• Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills
