Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee all aspects of club operations, including banquet and catering, food and beverage, facilities, and administration. This role involves recruiting, training, and developing staff to uphold high service standards, while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, budgeting, and enhancing efficiency to meet financial and operational goals. You will build strong relationships with members, address their needs, and implement strategies to improve guest experiences. Collaborate with the VP and owner to set strategic goals, identify growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will develop marketing strategies to attract new members and represent the club at community events to strengthen local partnerships.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience in a country club, resort or similar hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated success in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Proven leadership abilities with a background in staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of golf operations, food and beverage management, and facility maintenance.
- Proficiency with management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
