Job Title: General Manager - Commercial Roofing

Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $120 - $150K Annually plus 20% Bonus, Full Medical, Company Vehicle and Gas Card, Expenses, and more.

Job Purpose: The General Manager will provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization and is responsible for overseeing all operations within the commercial roofing division.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
• Manage daily operations and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance.
