Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will direct all operations of their restaurant. This includes all facets of restaurant operations, FOH and BOH, in addition to managing P&L cost centers. The Restaurant General Manager is the face of the restaurant in the local community and is a key position to our guests overall satisfaction. The person in this position will ensure that the restaurant is optimally staffed and that employees are fully trained in all aspects of their job, all while working with the other members of the management team to respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn any dissatisfied guests into return guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate attentiveness to guest needs and ensure a clean, safe, enjoyable environment.
- Display a professional and positive attitude at all times, setting the standard for leadership.
- Maintain an exemplary business appearance, while developing rapport and relationships with guests, vendors and staff.
- Possess technical expertise in beverage management, kitchen operations, human resources management, alcohol training, and efficiently train team members in these areas.
- Identify and train subordinate managers for success by coaching on service, labor and food costs, delegation and accountability, and essential teamwork skills.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards and achieve health inspection scores of no less than 96%.
- Exhibit financial acumen by establishing and monitoring inventory levels, writing annual financial budgets, reviewing performance daily and weekly, and creating profitable outcomes.
- Develop and execute challenging sales and marketing plans to ensure sales growth, engage the community and foster a culture of invitation to join a community coffee, wine and food enthusiasts.
- Lead by example regarding professional behavior both at and away from work.
- Cultivate a culture of top-tier service with a focus of ongoing training and continuous improvement.
