Responsibilities:

• Oversee all studio functions, including membership and retail sales.
• Lead sales efforts to drive membership growth.
• Develop strategies to prevent member attrition.
• Hire, train, and manage studio staff.
• Evaluate instructor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets.
