Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Develops and inspires the restaurant team
- Creates exceptional guest experiences
- Acts as the face and voice of the brand
- Manages business operations effectively
- Maintains a safe and appealing facility
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent people leadership and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Consistently handle product preparation
- Follow proper lifting procedures
