Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement business strategies to achieve company goals, keeping the company competitive and compliant by staying informed about industry trends and regulations.
- Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Use data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), enhance productivity, and boost customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial stability, and profitability while making informed, strategic decisions. Balance cost-effective measures with exceptional service quality.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor a top-performing team. Foster a positive, collaborative culture where employees thrive and grow. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to enhance individual and team success.
- Customer Focus: Ensure a seamless, customer-first experience. Address concerns promptly, elevate customer satisfaction, and implement initiatives to foster loyalty.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the branch meets all legal and industry standards while maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- A proactive, independent approach with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of employment practices, including EEO, ADA, and other relevant employment laws.
- Proficiency with, or a quick learner of, various reporting and computing systems.
