Education / Qualification | Master of Science with experience in Commercial Business Management |
Experience | 15 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry for specialty machinery of custom-made packaging machines with market knowledge and min. 5 years' experience in a senior management role leading teams. -Proven experience in Operations Management -Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills -Effective communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to analyze data and make data driven decision -Knowledge of Industry best Practices and trends |
Position Overview | The General Manager is primarily responsible for the business development and working in close partnership with the headquarter to develop the US market as well as leading and developing the Corp operational team. Key responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing projects, and ensuring that the company meets its financial and operational goals and identifying business opportunities on the US market. |
