Job Title: General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory and control costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Travel required in the Greater New Haven area.

• Proven experience in management, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
