We are hiring a full time General Manager. The Woodhouse Day Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented therapists who have passion for what they do!
As General Manager, you will be responsible for:

More specifically, our stellar GM’s:
- Manage the daily operations of the spa
- Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
- Coach and develop team members
- Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
- Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa’s overall performance
- Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
- Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
- Understand that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction
Preference for 2 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position. Experience in guest relations and management is necessary. Skills include: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.
