The Nitty Gritty:
- Must have mastery skills in managing people and business
- Education bio must read high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid driver's license with insurance and have access to adequate transportation
- Meet the background check requirement criteria
- Minimum commitment of 45 hours per week with shifts varying in times and lengths
