Responsibilities:

• Ensure acceptable staffing levels and build sales in all departments
• Drive performance and sales level improvements
• Establish budgets in alignment with company goals
• Teach, coach, and develop General Managers and the management team
• Support new company initiatives and communicate clearly to all team members
• Maintain strict standards of sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness
• Roll out menu changes and promotions effectively
• Develop recognition programs and improve efficiency for increased profits
