Hotworx-24-Hour Fitness Studio is the first-ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat, Infrared Energy, and exercise to help flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studios offer 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
Salary is base plus commission. Commission structure can amount to significantly more in total salary.
General Manager must be prepared for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential. SALES SALES SALES! Must be strong in sales, outreach, & B2B. We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff and operations of the local business unit. General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people, and working closely with customers. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our customers are happy. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.
Responsibilities:
Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:
· Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals.
· Showing up daily, on time, and with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute integrity and enthusiasm.
· Providing superior customer service to members at all times by creating a positive and motivating environment.
· Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example along with interviewing, hiring, and firing of other staff.
· Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to the owner regularly.
· Willing to network in the community, online and B2B to promote HOTWORX.
· Managing staff schedule, process payroll information, and stay on top of all studio general maintenance requirements.
· Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness, regularly.
· Using online platforms and software for customer relations management process, POS systems for membership sales, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns. Training will be provided.
