Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, grassroots marketing, and D2D strategies.
- Form strategic partnerships with realtors, designers, builders, and local businesses.
- Research and initiate partnerships and referral programs to maximize lead flow.
Sales & Client Relations
- Qualify and manage leads, set appointments, and follow up on all customer inquiries.
- Drive appointment-to-sale conversions, aiming to close deals that meet our high standards.
- Facilitate customer interactions from initial contact through project completion, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
Operations & Project Management
- Oversee all production activities, coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining quality control on job sites.
- Track project milestones and maintain accurate production reports through our CRM and scorecards.
Team Management & Meetings
- Lead daily and weekly team huddles and quality meetings, and ensure consistent team alignment.
- Facilitate staff training, workshops, and development programs, with a focus on growth and retention.
Marketing & Social Media
- Grow LIME’s online presence by creating engaging content and managing posts.
- Develop social media initiatives (surveys, raffles, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Manage CRM and other tech platforms, overseeing all client data and communication.
- Track monthly expenses and work with the accounting team to manage budgets.
- Process payroll and maintain personnel files to support a high-functioning team
