Responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-opening team and oversee all operational aspects.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure a successful launch.
• Foster a culture of excellence in guest service and staff engagement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury hotel management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
