Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead sales, operations, and service teams in providing the best in customer service of Low Voltage Systems including Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Audio Visual, DAS, inspection services and much more.
- Knowledgeable in Low Voltage Systems, interpreting blueprints, submittals, service contracts, scope changes, material, and labor management - for the purpose of translating this knowledge into goods and services to best help our customers.
- Lead a sales team to promote CSI and all of its products and services.
- Open offices, hire sales, technical, and design staff
- Ensure contractual requirements are met; deadlines, cost targets, change orders for out-of-scope work. Accountable for all facets of the offices, including recruiting, training, and providing continuous evaluation of performance for both field, and administrative teams.
- Make safety a priority at all times. Ensures proper safety procedures are implemented, measured, and followed by all team members.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience with estimating and managing commercial voice and data, fiber optic, security, card access, and fire alarm projects.
- Familiarity with fire alarm, security, card access and CCTV systems layout and terminology.
- Internal and external business development expertise with strong customer relationship management skills.
- Anticipate customer needs; exceed customer expectations while maximizing profitability through effective project leadership.
- Ability to translate project requirements into an innovative execution strategy while effectively matching project assignments to resources.
- Multi-tasking professional: must work well under pressure with proven expertise in managing multiple fast-track projects concurrently.
- Strong budget forecasting, job cost and financial management skills; expertise in project financial and resource management.
- Team leader; strong people and meeting management skills; proven ability to set and manage expectations while solving complex issues with a calm demeanor.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills exercised regularly to report internal and external deliverables.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook) proficiency
