Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, plus bonus potential

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic General Manager to lead our team and drive success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale dining, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of around 50 employees, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Drive sales growth and exceed annual targets.
- Foster a strong community presence and build relationships with local partners and customers.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, including events and group business.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and presentation.
- Manage labor costs and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and poise.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to increase brand visibility.
