Job Title: Swim Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Teach swimming techniques to children of various skill levels.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment in and around the water.
• Develop engaging lesson plans that promote water safety.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.

Qualifications:

• Certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Previous experience in teaching swimming preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and promoting water safety.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
