About the Job
Our Client is looking for a General Manager in Santa Clara. The General Manager is a key stakeholder within our team ensuring customer satisfaction, leading company guidelines and processes, and ultimately company profitability.
We are looking for candidates who has:
- 5 years bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of Management experience.
- 5 years of Functional experience.
- 5 years of combined management experience required with a preference within the distribution industry.
- Has as valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Possess the ability to obtain security clearance for customer locations.
- Is an effective communicator and collaborator with a passion for developing talent through coaching and accountability.
- Can demonstrate urgency and problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer service and associate accountability.
- Can learn and work within database inventory management software, route scheduling software, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Can lift, push, and pull 50 lbs and able to perform work in outside weather conditions
