The General Manager is responsible for growing the store’s loan and pawn products simultaneously and continuously.  The General Manager will achieve this growth through marketing to new customers and servicing existing customers in a superior fashion in order to achieve brand loyalty. This person will drive increases in loan/pawn production, money under management, pawn loans outstanding, gross and net merchandise sales, gross revenue, and net revenue in order to meet company targets. The General Manager will also engage in and supervise others in the collection of delinquent accounts in order to retain past due customers and minimize write-offs. Finally, the General Manager will carefully manage store expenses in order to achieve increasing net income.  In short, the General Manager is responsible for everything the store does and fails to do. 

Must be 21, eligible to work in the USA, and able to successfully complete all post offer screens, including a criminal background check, reference check, and drug test. Regular and punctual attendance is required. Schedules may be changed as needed to accommodate business needs. Overtime may be required. Must meet all applicable state and local regulatory requirements.
