Responsibilities:

• Conduct flight training sessions for customers of all skill levels.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and facility standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• Passion for aviation and customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a teaching or coaching role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
