Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you’ll drive revenue and profitability by developing innovative marketing, financing, and service strategies while leading an effective team. You will:
Enhance patron experience by delivering exceptional food, beverage, and service quality.
Develop and implement targeted marketing and community relations programs.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and manage supplier relationships.
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members to build a dynamic restaurant staff.
Lead performance evaluations, coach and counsel staff, and manage all hiring and, if necessary, termination processes.
You’ll cover 9 of 14 meals served weekly (lunch: 11 AM - 1:30 PM, dinner: 5 PM - 8 PM).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in any of the following: full-service, fast food, quick-serve, buffet, or pizza restaurant settings.
What’s in It for You?
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Bonus Potential: Earn 5%-20% of the monthly profit, with typical GM bonuses ranging between $10,000-$50,000 per year
Ownership Potential: Opportunity for 10% ownership after 1 year, providing an additional $10,000-$15,000 annually
Relocation Assistance: Available if you reside more than 30 minutes from Denison, IA
