The General Manager, under the direction of our Director of Operations, is responsible for the following:
Mentor staff and foster a positive work environment
Payroll, tip, and cash management
Hiring, training, and scheduling FOH staff
Wine knowledge and training
Reservation system management
Website content updates
Manage inbound guest communications (email and phone)
Assist in private dining and off-site dinner execution (collaborate with events manager and Chefs)

Required Experience
3 years. Michelin experience and Sommelier Certification strongly preferred.
