Responsibilities:
- Interview and hire team members who will continually enhance our restaurant culture
- Lead and motivate team members
- Invest in prospective restaurant leaders
- Oversee the training of the restaurant leadership team
- Oversee daily operations
- Set daily/monthly/quarterly/annual goals for the team in coordination with the Operator
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and financials
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience, working with a large team
- Strong leadership skills - possesses the ability to achieve desired results through the team they lead and serve
- Strong administrative skills - possesses the ability to create organization within the restaurant through the physical environment of the restaurant, digital systems and processes, and is able to bring any and all projects to completion in a timely manner, with excellent results
- Excellent communication abilities - is able to professionally and respectfully communicate, in writing and in speech, to leaders, team members, and guests
- Passion for teamwork - is committed to creating an environment where every individual is given an opportunity to grow and succeed in their role within the restaurant AND is able to motivate every individual to achieve team goals together
- Passion for customer service - is excited to offer each guest the most excellent Chick-fil-A experience - a safe and clean restaurant, fast and accurate service, great food, and genuine hospitality
