**Job Description: General Manager**

**Responsibilities:**

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front and back of house.

Directly supervise management and staff to ensure smooth service.

Manage budget, labor, payroll, and banking activities.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in budgeting and financial management.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
